On the morning of 27 October 2026, a devastating fire accident left two families having lost everything they owned. In the face of such sudden loss, immediate relief becomes more than material assistance; it becomes a source of dignity, reassurance and hope. Within 24 hours of learning about the incident, the Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam (SSSDA) team reached the affected families with essential relief materials, demonstrating the importance of timely, compassionate and responsive humanitarian action.

Relief materials worth ₹6,500 per family, amounting to ₹13,000 for both families in Ambadasupalem village, Mulaboddavara Panchayat, S.kota Mandal, Vizianagaram District. The assistance included one month’s groceries, silver vessels, a bucket, a large black tarpaulin sheet, fresh vegetables, sleeping mats, blankets and a framed photograph of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba as a symbol of faith and Divine assurance. Each item was chosen to address essential needs following the loss of household belongings and to help the families take their first steps towards recovery. This intervention reflects our commitment to reaching people when they are most vulnerable, with service delivered through compassion, urgency and respect.

SDG Alignment: 1,2,3 & 11. At Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam, we believe that the true value of service lies in reaching those in need at the right time.
