World Cancer Day – Cancer Screening Camp

To mark the importance of World Cancer Day, a Cancer Screening Camp was conducted in the precincts of Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam, the upcoming free-of-cost comprehensive cancer care hospital near Thatipudi reservoir near Visakhapatnam.

The Cancer Screening Camp that had 4 oncology departments totally conducted screenings for 196 needy villagers. 4 of the screened were detected and have been sent for further diagnosis. Early detection of cancer ensures higher chances of easier recovery.
