Cancer Screening and Mega Medical Camp (Medical Camp -38)

On August 24th 2024, a mega medical camp along with cancer screening was conducted that benefited 304 needy rural people.

137 were screened for medical oncology, 9 for Cervical cancer, 20 for oral cancer, 37 for orthopaedic and 37 for breast cancer.

This apart, 46 consulted the ophthalmologist, who recommended 11 for cataract surgeries and prescribed 23 with spectacles. The dentist performed 28 fillings, 19 scalings, 3 extractions, and 5 dental x-rays. 17 consulted the ENT while 1 consulted the paediatrician.
