Navarathri Celebrations & Veda Purusha Saptaha Jnana Yagnam in Divine Presence

With the Blessings of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba vaaru Sri Sathya Sai Trust For Universal Welfare is very happy to announce the grand celebrations of the first Sarannavaratri Mahotsav in the holy precincts of “SRI SATHYA SAI DIVYAAMRITAM” at SRI SAI PALLE near Thatipudi reservoir in His Divine Presence. The highlight of these celebrations is the “Veda Purusha Saptaha Jnana Yajnam” in which sacrificial offerings would be made as per Vedic prescriptions for seven days to invoke the Divine blessings of the Veda Purusha.

These celebrations have, as a part of their itinerary, a rich mix of spiritual, religious and cultural activities everyday including offering sacrificial rites into havanam or homam, Veda parayanam, discourses on Devi Bhagawatham etc., every morning and divine cultural programmes in the evenings.

While the Navarathri celebrations are scheduled to go on for 10 days from Sep 26th to Oct 5th, Grama seva aimed at benefitting residents of surrounding 9 villages will be conducted for two days on Oct 1st and Oct 2nd.

On the Vijaya Dasami day, sacrificial rites of the Jnana Yagna would conclude in POORNAAHUTI and the celebrations would find their culmination with the inauguration of SRI LAKSHMI NARASIMHA SWAMI vaari temple in the holy precincts.
