The third day of Makara Sankranti Celebrations, after the previous 2 days’ activities of launching Divine Housing and Sai Aarogya’s Cancer Screening Medical van, was dedicated to Sri Sathya Sai Divya Jalam (drinking water RO Plants). As an offering to Bhagawan Baba, one Water Plant is being built and inaugurated every month in the rural & tribal belts of Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam districts.
One sincere devotee of Bhagawan, Sri Sharma garu had prayed to Swami for rural upliftment & development of Latchampeta Village in L.Kota mandal. Swami blessed the prayer to inaugurate the water plant on the holy Kanuma day of Sankaranthi. And from this very village, youngsters used to come for seva and programmes in Divyaamritam and were actively involved in the Shiva stone statue construction in their village. Their bhakti & shraddha brought Swami to their village and blessed everyone to partake of the highest bliss. Trustee Sri Chaganti Mahalakshmi Amma spoke and narrated the love of Swami in the first look and feel so blessed to be as His instrument. Sri Ganesh Machavarapu, founder of Sahasam Trust, announced that he is going to adopt the govt school of Latchampeta village. Sri Yerayyamma, sarpanch of village was excited that her dreambecame true on this day to see her village walk on the path of development! Youngsters took a leading part and took care of various arrangements for the day. The day’s activities came to an end with Divya Prasadam served to over 150 people.
