Divine Kodaikanal Trip with the Lord

Bhagawan Sri Sathya Baba has always, for decades, chosen a few devotees and students for the most sought out proximate meeting with the Lord at His Divine playground in Kodaikanal hills.

This year too, like the past years, Swami took His chosen lot on a Kodai trip in the month of May and taught them invaluable lessons in spirituality and life.

Swami told that the Kodaikanal hills are very powerful like the Himalayas. In fact, Sage Agastya is said to have done his penance here. During the trip, Swami dwelled upon everyone to self introspect one’s sadhana, which is to do good to the society (loka hitham mama karaneeyam). He advised that one should think, talk and walk with the same conviction, such that one should feel bad when another is struggling and should be happy when another is happy. A very practical guidance to put to practice the message that’s taught in our scriptures!

As is the practice always, Swami encouraged His children and devotees to make purchases from the local vendors to improve the livelihood of the local people in Kodaikanal. The entourage also took time to visit multiple sites nearby.

Overall, the devotees enjoyed immense bliss in the divine presence of their Lord amidst a pleasant and cool temperature in the hills, while observing punctuality, discipline, cooking for themselves and doing Divya Prasada Seva in the surrounding areas.
