Day 5 proceedings : Dasara Divya Mahotsavamulu and Veda Purusha Saptaha Jnana Yagyam

Four divine days flew past in no time! The fifth day, after the regular Suprabhatam and Nagara sankeerthan, had Ganapati pooja followed by Chaturveda parayanam. The rituals for the day such as Mandaparchana, Kalasharachana, Rudrahomam, Sourahomam, Shakti homam, Suryanamaskaramulu, Kumkumarchana, RudraAbhisekham, Sharadamba abhisekham and shodasopachara pooja took place thereby seeing up a divine atmosphere for the day. This was followed by Chandi parayanam.

The main ritwiks Sri Bhargav Sharma and Sri Bharadwaja Sharma spoke at length on the importance of Vedas and how Swami, through His avataric mission of Vedaposhana, is protecting Vedas and nurturing Vidwans through these Yagnas.

This was followed by a yalk by Sri Ramakrishnanda, who emphasized the importance of Vedas and Gurus. He highlighted how Swami manifested here at Thatipudi and how quickly the word is spreading and bringing devotees from all over.

Swami delivered His Divine Discourse and emphasized for one to aim to be an ocean of Love, an earth of Patience, and a sky of broad mindedness. Swami guided that good thoughts and good actions would lead everyone to attain that spiritual height.

The evening musical programme was performed by Smt. Lalitha Chandrasekhar, who impressed her Lord with devotional compositions on Swami, Lord Narasimha, Goddess of Learning Sharada etc. The day drew to a close with Divya Prasadam served to all.
