Andhra Kodai Visit : Day 1

Bhagawan Baba’s Kodai Trips are the most awaited trips with His chosen ones. Swami decided to take his devotees on a wonderful trip to Araku Valley this summer.

The beautiful hill station of Araku valley near Visakhapatnam welcomed her Lord on this day. Bhagawan arrived at the bunglow to a wonderful welcome by the devotees. The bunglow was surrounded only by green mountains, thereby making it an ideal destination for the Divine Retreat.

Upon His Arrival, Bhagawan Baba immediately went to the newly built kitchen to perform the Mata Annapoorna Homam. The first spark of fire was lit in the kitchen after this homam dedicated to Mata Annapoorna. The morning session came to an end with lunch.

The evening session was held in a Satsang hall in the top floor in the bunglow that had the most beautiful view of green mountains all around. Indeed, one would feel very grateful to be present amidst the Lord in the most natural of places. As Swami said, He Himself picked the people and enabled them to join for this Divine Retreat.

At about 5:00 PM, bhajans filled the hall with divine vibrations. A bharatanatyam dance session followed by a bouquet of blissful songs dedicated to Swami by devotees’ children was enjoyed by one and all. The songs touched everyone’s hearts setting us up for the next few days in the Divine Presence.

Further, the trustees of Sri Sathya Sai Trust For Universal Welfare talked about their journeys with Swami over the last few months.

Bhagawan Baba delivered His Divine Discourse. He told His heart is overflowing with Love seeing all His devotees gathered with Him. Further, He praised the children for their performance that was filled with dedication to please Swami. He told that God is happy most with those who put their talents to full use to please Him. Bhagawan Baba explains that Kodai Trip does not literally refer to Kodaikanal. Wherever He is, that is Kodai!

In His Discourse, Swami inspired the devotees to be non-faulty buckets in a stable and perfect position under the Divine Tap to be able to receive Divine Love and Grace in full! Further, He told that He will provide insights on Bhagawatham, during these days.

The evening session ended with Divine Dinner bringing day 1 to a close. Indeed, the day 1 provided an exciting start to the glorious and blissful trip with the Lord!
