Sai Aarogya- Free Rural Medical Services – Camp 30

The 30th medical camp of the envisioned 100 weekly medical camps being conducted under the umbrella of ‘Sai Aarogya’ was held in Revallapalem village in S.Kota mandal in Vizianagaram district on 13th July 2024. The medical camps are enabled by state-of-the-art medical van with advanced screening facilities, supported by our esteemed CSR partner GIC Housing Finance Ltd.

In this camp, 501 people benefited with medical screenings and other procedures, of whom, 159 consulted the general physician. 30 women used the services of the gynecologist. 75 were screened for ophthalmology and 27 by the dentist. 99 patients consulted the orthopaedic. 57 consulted the oncologist. 53 consulted the ENT specialist while 1 took the advice of a Paediatrician. 15 were recommended for cataract surgeries while 10 would be provided with spectacles. This apart, there were 9 dental scalings, 2 dental extractions and 3 fillings performed. Medicines prescribed were provided free of cost to the beneficiaries.
