Sai Aarogya- Free Rural Medical Services – Camp 29

he 29th medical camp of the envisioned 100 weekly medical camps being conducted under the umbrella of ‘Sai Aarogya’ was held in Gopalapalli village in S.Kota mandal in Vizianagaram district on 4th July 2024. The medical camps are enabled by state-of-the-art medical van with advanced screening facilities, supported by our esteemed CSR partner GIC Housing Finance Ltd.

In this camp, 228 people benefited with medical screenings and other procedures, of whom, 70 consulted the general physician. 13 women used the services of the gynecologist. 36 were screened for ophthalmology and 15 by the dentist. 37 patients consulted the orthopaedic. 20 consulted the oncologist. 27 consulted the ENT specialist while 9 took the advice of Paediatrician. 7 were recommended for cataract surgeries while 9 would be provided with spectacles. This apart, there were 3 dental scalings while 1 consulted the psychiatrist. Medicines prescribed were provided free of cost to the beneficiaries.
