The seventh day of the Sarannavaratrulu brought in more enthusiasm for the chosen ones. The day started off with the Grama Seva, on second day, distributing Laddoos, Pulihora Prasadam (Tanarind rice)along with Clothes for the family members as part of Swami’s Will to bless 11 villages during the celebrations. The day was hectic for it had in it several things to witness and accomplish. The morning pooja session included Surya Namaskaraalu along with Ganapathi Puja, Rudrabhishekam Rudra Homam, Veda Parayanam Go-Puja and other worships performed daily.

Swami, after offering Poornaahuti as Veda Purusha, in His Divine Discourse enlightened the significance the day brought with it that the day happens to be a repeat of what happened 60 years back when Swami then performed Veda Purusha Saptaaha Jnana Yagnam for the first time in Puttaparti and it happened to be again a Bhanuvaram (Sunday) with Moola Nakshatram.

Earlier on, one of the Ritwiks who spoke on the occasion revealed his observation that the project site chosen by His will is a very sacred land with Darbhas all around-Calling it a ‘Darbha Bhoomi’! Swami then sprinkled the sacred teertham on all, of the day’s abhishekam being special for Soorya Namaskaaram reason. In His Divine discourse Swami then described how one, contemplating on the Divine form, can gain a friendly proximity to the God and then attain oneness with the ultimate. Swami then went on to describe the aspects of Sadhana (spiritual practices undertaken for transformation and attainment of self realisation). Sadhana(self- inquiry and investigation Paramatma), Yochana (thinking of the Parabrahman)and Mano chintana (using the mind to divert thinking from the worldly to the spiritual for the Vision and experience of the Divine).

The day also becomes significant in as much Ankuraarpanam (initiation of process for installation of idols)was initiated for the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swami idols installation, in the holy precincts of the project, by Rithvik Priests from the Vaishnavite tradition.

In the evening session Goddess Mother Saraswati pooja was performed following which Swami performed Annapraasana, Naamakarana and Aksharabhyaasa for a number of children. Talking about the relationship between the God and His devotee Swami In His Divine Discourse mentioned that Swamis’ Leelas can be grasped only by noble men. Swami then added further saying ‘Self confidence’, and ‘complete surrender to Guru’ with the faith that whatever God do is Dharma are those that would take one closer to God. “Above all it is gratitude to God that one must have”. Swami said and mentioned Jesus Christ’s name as one who washed the feet of the people to whom He wished to show His gratitude.

The day’s programs ended with a vocal recital by Preeti Mahathi sisters.Thereafter Prasadam was served to all.
